Live chat: Back to the workplace

What's forever changed, and how to prepare for the transition

Co-presented by Intoo USA

Our work lives have changed dramatically in the last few months. Some companies equipped workplaces with plexiglass, while others installed employee surveillance software. Some conducted virtual layoffs, others have begun hiring and rehiring employees. Add to those coronavirus-related concerns the urgent call to action of the Black Lives Matter and LGBTQ rights movements, and HR leaders have been very busy in 2020 indeed.

In these fast-changing times, how can HR leaders make the best decisions for our organizations and people? What should we be paying attention to today to build strength and resilience for the near, medium, and long term?
