Katrina Jones

As D&I Leader for Amazon Web Services ProServe, Katrina Jones works with stakeholders across the business to develop solutions that improve organizational health, boost employee engagement, and foster a more equitable and inclusive workplace. She has served as a D&I lead at large, complex global companies and startups, including Twitch, Vimeo, and Accenture and have created diversity and inclusion strategies that disrupt bias across the talent life-cycle. Katrina’s D&I expertise is sharpened by her experience working in HR, where she has worked in a variety of roles and functions, from recruiting to employee relations and compliance.

Tamara M. Rasberry

Tamara M. Rasberry, SHRM-CP, PHR, currently serves as the Director, HR & Operations for a national nonprofit organization and is the owner of Rasberry Consulting, LLC, a consulting firm specializing in developing strategies for inclusion, diversity, equity and belonging with a focus on addressing mental health in the workplace. Her nearly 20 years of HR and nonprofit experience have included in-house and consultant roles with nonprofit organizations of all sizes in the DC Metropolitan area. Tamara is an active member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and holds the SHRM Inclusive Workplace Culture Specialty Credential. She is also a member of the National Diversity Council and is passionate about going beyond representational diversity to creating inclusive and psychologically safe workplaces that put people first while still reaching strategic goals. Tamara’s thoughts on mental health and diversity & inclusion have been sought and shared by multiple mainstream media outlets including, Forbes, SHRM HR Magazine, WorkHuman Radio and the New York Times.

Jane Garza

Jane Garza is the Managing Director of NOBL LA. Jane levels up organizations and teams by syncing company culture with business strategy. She coaches and advises world-famous organizations like Calvin Klein, Google DeepMind, and Reddit through change big and small. Prior to joining NOBL, Jane spent almost a decade working in HR where she became known for reinventing, rebranding, and reimagining what HR does and is.

Kate Bischoff

Kate Bischoff is an enthusiastic management-side employment attorney and SHRM-SCP/SPHR-certified HR pro. She advises organizations in a wide range of industries on employment law and human resources issues, from recruitment and workplace culture to terminations. Kate is passionate about improving company culture and using technology (social media and data analytics) in the workplace. Kate speaks from experience when advising clients when administrative and court matters commence. Prior to founding tHRive Law and Consulting, Ms. Bischoff served as a Human Resources Officer for the United States Department of State at the U.S. Embassy Lusaka, Zambia and for the U.S. Consulate General Jerusalem. Kate is also an Adjunct Professor at Mitchell Hamline, serving as faculty for the School of Law’s HR Compliance Certificate Program.
