She has spent her entire career in Human Resources, focusing on working with CEOs to align people & business strategies. Tracie has a BA in Psychology from Holy Cross and a MA-HRM from FSU. She is co-founder of DisruptHRNH and HRRebooted & a speaker and writer on all things HR. A bookworm, introvert and former technophobe, she started getting comfortable with being uncomfortable and embracing technology, and is on a mission to help HR professionals to do the same.
Kate Bischoff is an enthusiastic management-side employment attorney and SHRM-SCP/SPHR-certified HR pro. She advises organizations in a wide range of industries on employment law and human resources issues, from recruitment and workplace culture to terminations. Kate is passionate about improving company culture and using technology (social media and data analytics) in the workplace. Kate speaks from experience when advising clients when administrative and court matters commence. Prior to founding tHRive Law and Consulting, Ms. Bischoff served as a Human Resources Officer for the United States Department of State at the U.S. Embassy Lusaka, Zambia and for the U.S. Consulate General Jerusalem. Kate is also an Adjunct Professor at Mitchell Hamline, serving as faculty for the School of Law’s HR Compliance Certificate Program.
Jon Thurmond, is the Mid Atlantic Regional Human Resources Manager for Team Fishel, a utility engineering and construction company. He oversees the company's national social media recruiting program and produces the company's "HR Pro Podcast." Outside of his day job, Jon is the host and producer of the #HRSocialHour Half Hour Podcast and Twitter chat. He is recognized nationally as a speaker on topics including social media recruiting, workforce development, and podcasting. Jon's career includes roles in Recruiting, Labor Relations, HR Leadership, and Training in the construction, utility, healthcare, and finance industries.
