As the Employer Brand and Digital Marketing Manager at Amtrak, she launched the company’s first ever EVP and employer brand strategy. Collaborating with the Amtrak social media center of excellence team, she developed and continues to nurture the company's @AmtrakCareers social media program on Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Tumblr, and Pinterest.

Prior to joining Amtrak, Kerry was Senior Employer Brand Manager for Sodexo's Talent Acquisition Group in the USA where she developed and managed their employer brand by building the active Sodexo Careers talent community. In September 2011, she joined CSC's award winning digital marketing team as Global Social Media Manager.
